Product Description
1. Pre-Engineered Light Gauge Steel Frame House
Highly accurate pre-punched bolt hole placement is assured through the utilization of the latest technology making field assembly of buildings faster and easier.
2. Earthquake Resistant:
Our painted Steel Structure are specifically engineered so as to resist building damage caused by major earthquakes.
3. Energy Efficient
Our construction system creates valuable energy efficiencies through the use of a very sophisticate isolation material. We use a hypo-allergenic polyethylene foam or mineral foam- one of the most energy efficient homes available today. This radiant/moisture barrier reflects 97 % of the radiant heat penetration in summer and radiant heat loss in the winter.
4. Installation
Installation is made according to the technical specifications established by the country where the houses will be built
5. Timing
First shipment leaves within short time after the contract is signed and the fist payment is executed.
The materials are loaded in 40 or 20 feet shipping containers
