2,SBS STEEL STRUCTURE ANIMAL HUSBANDRY BUILDING
Steel structure building is a new type of prefabricated steel structure barn. The main steel frame is formed by linking up H-section, Z-section and U-section steel components while roof and wall using a variety of panels. It meets the requirement for the sheep pan perfectly in terms of the strength. The load bearing parts are mainly steel structures, including steel columns, steel beams, steel structural basements, bracing systems for wall and roof. The Main Structure is usually made of Q345 Steel while the purlins and bracing system are made of Q235 Steel. They are the most common steel materials used for china steel structure workshop in China.
Features of prefabricated building:
1. Reliable structure: The house is built on light steel structures, safe, reliable and durable. Base-plate and floor plate load capacity is designed as 150kg/m2. Earthquake resistance can reach Grade 7. Wind resistance can reach Grade 10.
2. Easy assembling and disassembling: The house can be easily assembled and disassembled up to 6 times repeatedly without damage. Only simple tools are needed for the process. The transportation of houses is convenient and cost-saving.
3. Fine decoration: The whole house is highly tasteful, colorful, and well decorated. The internal and external decorations can be designed by the buyer according to their own preference.
4. Flexible layout: Doors, windows and interior partitions can be flexibly set in. Staircases are predesigned outside the house.
5. Waterproof and anti-corrosive Design: The house is designed to be waterproof and anti-corrosive, no other drainage facility needed.
6. Environment-friendliness and thrifty: The house will not produce building rubbish. It also greatly saves costs, construction time and labor.
7. Diverse designs and specifications: As the house is designed and manufactured in modules, various designs and specifications can be provided to meet customers' requirements.
