In order to avoid invisible cracks of inside wall caused by hard mold press, soft press was adopted in fitting formation.
In order to improve the corrosion duration of products, our products are processed by solid solution, acid pickling and passivation.

1) Press pipeline system with flexible joint
The norminal diameter range of this pipeline system is from DN15 to DN100, working pressure is less than or equal to 1.6MPa (16 bar), degree of flexibility is 2.2° , temperature compensation length of each fitting is ± 6 mm.
This set of pipeline system is completed by installing temperature compensator in the pipeline. Anti-bacterial stainless steel is selected to manufacture the pipes. Therefore, you are not necessary to worry about repair and replacement of the system when used for water supply, gas and firefighting.
2) Threaded pipeline system with flexible joints
The diameter of this set of pipeline system is from DN15 to DN100, working pressure is less than or equal to 4MPa, degree of flexibility is 4.4° , temperature compensation length of each fitting is ± 6mm.
The main characteristic of this set of pipeline system is the telescopic and flexible threaded joint. Anti-bacterial stainless steel is selected to manufacture the pipes. Therefore, you are not necessary to worry about repair and replacement of the system when used for water supply, gas transportation and firefighting. This set of pipeline system is mainly installed in earthquake rich region and satellite, missile launching base as well as tall buildings at coastal zone due to its high reliability and widely application. In European and American countries, this set of pipeline is mandatorily utilized in water supply, gas transportation and firefighting.
3) Water mist firefighting pipeline products, our factory manufactures water mist firefighting pipeline products of DN15-DN60, working pressure is less than or equal to 16MPa, threaded bite type fitting is used.
4) We manufacture anti-bacterial, anti-worm and regular stainless steel pipes of all kinds of diameter (DN15-DN500), the range of working pressure is from 1MPa to 20MPa. The pipes have been processed by special passivation, which can meet the requirements of every industry.
5) Other telescopic and flexible fittings: DN15-DN500, working pressure 1-4MPa, including:
(1) Telescopic and flexible flange fitting with temperature compensator;
(2) Telescopic and flexible coupling grooved fitting with temperature compensator.
