Widely used in a variety of metal ores and non-metallic ore dressing plant which can daily process more than 500 tons ,the primary classifying hydrocyclone and primary ball mill constitute closed-circuit grinding and classification system . According to different processing capabilities, not only a single arrangement can be used, but also group configuration. In the case of higher mineral concentration, the classification efficiency is higher and overflow fineness is smaller, the grain size of overflow product is uniform. Classification efficiency is 5-10% higher than the usual spiral classifier, which is conducive to improve mill machine coefficient .
