We, Yueqing Switchtec Co., Ltd., are a leading manufacturer group located in Wenzhou City, China! PCB Factory is one of factories in our group, which mainly provide PCB and PCBA to our Group other factories, at the same time we export our PCBs and PCBA to our foreign customers directly! Now our customers cover worldwide! Basing on the Gerber files or drawing, we can produce different size and technical PCBs!
Now we can make single, double, 4 layers, 6 layers and 8 layers Printed Circuit Board. We can offer a complete service of design, plating, optical drawing, moulding etc. Our PCB can be diameter 0.3mm of hole Dia. Min line distance 4mil, width 4mil.
Generally the materials are "FR-4" and "CEM-1"! But we also can use "CEM-3" and "FR-2" as well as flexible board.
Our board is KB board (Kimborg)
The thickness of electrosheet copper are 18mil and 36mil.
Thickness of material is as below:
FR4: 1.0MM, 1.6MM, 1.2MM
CEM-1, CEM-3 and FR-2: 1.6MM, 1.2MM, but sometimes can be 0.5MM, but these need be made specially!
