Product Description
The printed circuit board recycling plant also called copper recycling machines.PCB recycling plant. With a working process from inlet of waste circuit board to recycle copper,consists of rough crusher,fine cursher, special mixing equipment,special slurry pump,special difference drum and vibration table.
It has the advantages of automatic process, stable performance, easy operation, convenient maintenance and high recovery rate, no dust, no pollution, no harm to worker.

The process of this circuit board recycling plant is described as below:
Step 1: Feed the PCB into primary shredder;
Step 2: Use primary shredder to crush the PCB;
Step 3: Use fine crusher to crush the PCB again;
Step 4: Slurry will go to deposit pool;
Step 5: Water after deposit will go back to Minute crusher;
Step 6: slurry was pumped into special shaking table to separation.

1. Technique Introduction
It is an integrative equipment for PCB baseplate grinding and metal and non-metal separation. At first electronic components are grinding from baseplate by automatic machine. Then baseplates go to grinding and separation equipment. Finally metal and non-metal powder can be obtained. This equipment has been combined the most advanced grinding and separation techniques in the world and adopted unique process technique. It works in enclosed environment and no waste water, drogs and poisonous gas give off during production.
