C-58 Series Printing Ink
Carpoly C-58 series is specially developed for printing on special and untreated polypropylene materials or half treated polyethylene materials. It is a special single component printing ink with the advantages of volatilizing drying, high gloss, strong adhesion and scratching resistance.
1. Application scope: Commonly used in printing on polyolefin materials such as treated or untreated PP\OPP\BOPP\PP synthetic paper, PP foams, KT board, YUPO paper and treated PE etc. It can also be used for materials such as nacreous paper and treated PET etc.
2. Performance characteristics: C-58 series is one of the high quality printing ink with high gloss, middle drying speed, super strong alchohol tolerance, excellent adhesion, excellent scratching resistance, rich in color; And can be used in high speed printing without ink flying or blurring. It can also meet the requirements of pad-printing process.

4. Usage:
A. In order to prevent from possible separation due to the application of the special agent in the printing ink, please fully mix the printing ink to uniformity before the application.
B. Before printing, it is necessary to clean the stains and dusts on the surface of the object.
C. Please choose one of the thinner ranged in fast, middle and low drying speed according to the actual working environment.
D. Please choose the prompt printing film stencil (77lines-150lines/cm) according to the expected print results.
E. In order to reach the excellent print results of tiny lines, patterns and characters, you can add some J-58-100 easy-congeal ointment, thus to avoid diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the print layers.
