Product Description
IC card prepaid water meter is the new measuring instrument employing the microprocessor to realize water collection, processing, display and reserving. It is the best choice for realizing intelligent control by most of tap water administrative bureaus, Ideal for enhancing public awareness of saving water. This meter has many patents. Compared with traditional way, it can control user's overspend by prepaying for an IC card.
The System:
1. Water Meter: Two types of photoelectric reading water meters, with valve and wothout valve.
2. Collector:Gets data from meter and sends to centralizer; and provides power to meters.
3. Centralizer:Through collector, gets data and saves them, sends orders to meters.
4. Data Center:Consists of PC,software,printer.
Functions:

Transportation & Storage
1. The goods should be free from violent collision when delivery and being sealed off, and as per the rules of GB/T13384-2008 General Technical Conditions Of Mechanical and Electronic Products Packaging to transport and store them.
2. Stack the inventory and storage on the shelves under the condition of original package and its height should be no more than 8 levels.
3.The place to store the goods should be clean and the temperature should be in the range of 0 and 40ºC as well as less than 85% of relative humidity; And the hazardous substance that would lead to the corrosion is not allowed to exist in the air .
Wuhan Radarking Electronics Corp. is a high-tech corporation which established in 2002. As professional manufacture in meters, our mainly products including: Full Digital IC Card Prepayment Electronic Meters, Smart Electronic Meters, IC Card Prepayment Water Meters, Gas Meters as well as Meter (network) Reading System. We are one of the few manufacturers in Hubei Province whose annual production of electronic meters and water meters can be up to 2.4 million sets.
Employee: There are more than 200 employees including 50 technicians, 10 senior technical staff and 70 employees who have already got college degree, 30 of them obtained metrological verification certificate. Production and technical staff all undergo a rigorous pre-service training, who are skilled and have a strong sense of quality.
Technology: We have a R & D group of 20 persons (About 10% of the company's employees).
Equipment: We have 260 sets of production and testing equipments, including 7 production lines, more than 20 units of the calibration device such as wave soldering machine, reflow soldering machine, automatic placement machine, plug-in assembly lines, assembly lines, packing lines and etc, which have all meet the production requirement.
Material: Materials are in strict accordance with the requirements of the meters and the procurement of national standards, we have already established a qualified supplier evaluation system, and developed a series of test standard. All the materials have to pass strict test before entering into factory, and then be used in production. Measures have been taken to prevent damp and static electricity to ensure the normal performance of the raw materials.
Craft: To make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the production process, we have developed process documents, to ensure the quality of the products.
Test: We have electronic meter laboratory and full range of test equipments, such as EMC Equipment (ESD, EFTB, SURGE, RF, Attenuation Oscillasion Impulse, DIP, Impulse Current, Pulsed Voltage and etc), Environmental Test Equipment (Alternating Temperature Humidity Test Chamber, Dust Test Devices, Waterproof Test Device, Shock Test Device, Vibration Test Device and etc), R&D Testing Equipment. We make a variety of electronic meters in accordance with the test and develop our test documents to ensure the quality of the products.
Environment: Our production base covers an area of 30 acres, and self-building workshop covers an area of 7000 square meters, production and storage area covers more than 5000 square meters.
