Extruder System
The screw and barrel is of the building block system structure, and with good interchangeability, can be combined wantonly according to different materials processing; the barrel, made by nitrided steel and double-metal materials, is resistant to wear and corrosion and extended in service life; the screw element takes nitride steel and high-speed steel as raw materials, coupled with computer-aided design for curve and unique processing technology, the normal tooth surface interval in the thread active section is guaranteed with good self-cleaning; the specially-designed connection type and transmission enhances the strength of screw element and central spindle. In all, the system can achieve uniform dispersion of materials, good mixing and plasticizing effects, short material retention time, and transmission efficiency.

Deceleration System
The special reduction box for plastic machinery. The transmission parts are made by high quality high alloy carburizing steel through carburizing, hardening, and grinding, and key pieces, added with surface hardening treatment, with the tooth surface strength of HRC54-62, core hardness of HRC30-40, and 6-grade precision of gear. The system achieves high speed, high torque, and low noise.
Feeding System
The quantitative double-screw feeding system with mixer is employed, ensuring uniform and accurate feeding.
Electronic Control System
