High speed CD series paper cutting machine use the worlds most simple convenient operation of the computer. The displaying panel use 5.7inch single colour industry computer with Chinese and English language. It has 10 programs units, more than 999different cutting positionThe motor for backguage variable frequency motor. The data resolution0.05mm, The stepess and high precision paper pusher can reach 10m/min. The position precision for paper pusher can reach 0.10mm. Withcutting memory function and automatic paper feeding function. The cutting speed can be up to 45 time/min and the machine has automatic knife exchange assistance function. Adopt the hydraulic components, Japan of Shanghai, Schneider, omron, Korea Electric

Main features:
1. The working tables are all chrome-plated and equipped with air balls which makes paper pushing easily and rusty proof. Push the paper deft and mattress formed, shipped paper light weight mattress effortless. Can be selected large side working table (1000*800 mm)
2. T lead screw(can be selected ball lead screw)and linear double guide makes paper impeller run smooth, low noise, accurate positioning, enhance the cutting precision and speed greatly, prolong the service lift of paper cutter.
3. Flat worm speed reducer transmission.
4. The key part use Japan NSK bearings.
5. Electric control appliance adopt from French Schneider, safety performance is high.
6. IR(Infrared Radiation) photoelectric protection, buttons by two hands safety devices.
7. Safety device for knife bed, overloading protection for cutting, automatic return safety device.
8. ISO standard hydraulic components are adopted in single hydraulic system, the pressure can be adjusted. The paper is pressed twice by pressure increased system.
9. Mechanical assistance device for knife replacement makes knife replaced quickly and safely.
10. Equipped with the optical knife alignment to make cutting more convenient.
11. Ejecting device for knife bar.
