Product Description
M-80 resin is an excellent processing agent for TPE and TPR. It reduces the material processing temperature, the material melting viscosity and the cured time which can greatly improve TPR/TRE fluidity. It not only modifies the processability, improves product fineness and compactness, but also reduces the shear stress and increases output by 5-10% which thereby increases efficiency and saves energy consumption. It can virtually increase bulking agent dosage, but with no effection to processability and product intensity. By using it mixed with ACR, it will achieve a good synergy effect and apparently cutdown the cost.
Cooperating with organic stabilizer, M-80 resin can produce products with terrific transparency. M-80 is non-toxic and has good aging resistance and electric insulativity, it is widely used in production of PVC tubing, profiled bar, sheeting, film(tangle film, POF), non-toxic bottle materials(drink bottle, cosmetic bottle) and injection molding for electrical industry.
M-80 resin can improve processability and serviceability of SBS and apply to production of TPE SBS shoe material. M-80 is with good adhesiveness and also can be used as adhesive formula, it can improve bondstrength between shoe sole and uppers. M-80 can be used to adjust the hardness of neoprene, PVC/nitrile blend and natural rubber, and to improve tear resistance and abrasive resistance of vulcanixed rubber. M-80 is also widely used in color masterbatch. The coatings added with M-80 will have prominent transparency, radiance and weather resistance. Besides, M-80 also has a effect of absorbing UV-light.
