Product Description
1. Application
Our factory has patent for the shredder hammer of this machine. The material of the shredder hammer for this machine is the result of our factory's many years' research. So the shredder effect is very good and the shredder hammer wears durability.
PSG-5040 steel scrap crusher series is mainly used for crushing the steel, copper, and other metal chips like: Long, balling and flocculent shape. While it can also crush brittle mineral like coal, salt, stone bone, alum, brick, tile, limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the material should not exceed 1500 kilogram force/cm2, humidity less than 15%.
2. Features
The working theory is using shearing knives to cut the scraps to smaller shape, then use the screen to select the ones are small enough, others come back to the crusher and cutting again. This crusher is with beautiful oversize, reasonable designing, advanced technology, simple structure, and steady function, long service life:
A. This crusher use electrical motor as power. It is easy to operate also runs steadily.
