PTFE Free Flow Resin is small, not suitable for making multi-angle products, can make simple shape products. PTFE Suspension Molding powder is made by method of cutting the PTFE structure of the molecular bonds, high-energy substance, and modifying to be a low molecular weight resin. The modified low-molecular PTFE maintains the original characteristics of the original, and also overcomes the poor dispersion of PTFE, the large viscous friction loss, the surface grain deformation and other shortcomings. Modified PTFE has a high dispersibility, the friction loss is greatly reduced, and does not agglomerate and is easily mixed with the oil or an organic liquid, and other solid particles.

3. Application:
Mainly used for elastic tape, thin-wall tube, elastic tape, unsintered tape, belt, thin sheet, thin wall rod etc, extruded tube, rod, tensile film, seal tape, etc.
4. Packaging, transport and storage:
1). The product should be packed in double layers plastic bag, then placed in cardboard drum, 25kgs per drum. One drum attached a label, which should be marked the brand, batch No., weight and certificate of quality on.
2). The product should be stored in clean, cool and dry warehouse to prevent possible contamination such as dust, moisture etc.
3). Exhaust equipment is necessary when processing temperature is high. The temperature should be below 390° C.
4). The product are transported according to non-dangerous materials. High temperature, moisture and strong shock should be avoided during the transportation.
