Description:

The snack food production line adopts rice, corn, wheat, oat, barly, etc as materials to make puff snacks.

The snack food production line can produce snack food in different shapes by adjusting the mould in extruder.

Through the friction of screws and barrels, the grains are cooked in the extruder. Forming is finished on the mould cutter. The product shapes depending on a combination of mould aperatures, such as ball, tube, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel, and flower, etc.

It can also make core-filling food, it takes chocolate, cheese, cream as stuffing materials, feed them in the extrusion food just before it is extruded by core-filling machine.

The snack food production line can make snack food such as cheese balls, corn curls, corn sticks, coco pops, cereal pellets, crispy rice food, core-filled pillow, tube and so on.
