FD series flat bag filter  introduction
FD series flat bag filter is our company developed the dust collector for the high-end market. Its wide range of applications.Can be used in casting, tobacco, food processing, chemical and other different industry in the ash handing system. With the features of easy installation, long service life, high safely performance, ect. The flat  bag filter layer structure, has small volume, enery saving, high efficiency, easy maintenance, etc.
 
Working principle
  Dust through the upper gas inlet cover after air flow uniform distribution, from top to bottom through the precipitator, net by flat bag filter into the gas chamber . In this process, the filter bag dust and dust from forming on the surface layer, as thickening layers of dust on the filter bag, filter filtration resistance increase.  When the net gas chamber and the pressure difference to setting of the dust chamber, pulse control meter control pulse valve open, compressed air through the holes on the spray torch, for each column for blowing dust filter bag.  Soot cleaning process can be set according to request of soot, every once in a while, the adhesion of dust on the filter bag is preset program will be compressed air and the secondary drainage gas blowing falls and fell into a set of grey at the bottom of the filter device, again by ash conveying device away .

    Working theory of FD series dust collector is settlement flow and outer surface filtration. After filtration, the dust is blocked on outer surface of bags, and clean air will be exhausted to open air through ducting under blower working. The efficiency of this dust collector can reach 99.9%, and dust emission concentration is less than 50mg/m3.
 
 
The bag house: the production of bag house is strictly insure each joint position cannot leak air. If it leak air, the dust will come out from the leaking area. Therefore, the joint position of each part must use good sealing material. The thickness of steel plate used for welding the bag house is rigid enough to avoid deformation under working pressure.

 This dust collector uses compressed air from the air tank as energy to clean dust. It makes pulse airflow from bag top to bottom when the pulse valve starts. Its purpose is to shake off the dust on bag outer surface and fall down to bottom hopper. If the pressure or air volume is not sufficient, the airflow will be too weak to shake off the dust from top to bottom. The resistance force will be increased and lifetime of bags will be reduced. Otherwise, if the blow is too strong, the micro dust already absorbed by bags will be knocked out again, causing second time dust. And bags may be broken by strong friction with frame. Whatever the pressure is high, medium or low, the blowing strength and airflow is rationally designed according to process flow, dust and bag filter material.
