Application: PUR melt 1304 is a hot melt adhesive based on polyurethane which cures with moisture of atmosphere or material.
PUR melt 1304 is used for assembly process for wood, MDF, PVC, PET, EP foam, etc. on all kinds of platen melters.
Properties: PUR melt 1304 is has middle open time and bonds fast.
After curing there is high cold and heat resistance. Also be good resistant to water and fairly good to solvents. The cured bonding has high mechanical properties.

,.The surface of the substrates must be clean dry and free from oil and grease.

,Clear the equipment after production with special cleaners.

,PUR1304 can't be mixed with other hot melts.

,Put the processed parts(materials) at suitable temperature and moisture environment and help its curing(suggest: 23~25
ºC,55% RH)

,After physical curing, bonded parts are quickly ready for further processing.

,As a matter of principle, care has to be taken the melting and application equipment is protected against incoming moisture. This can be reached by applying dry nitrogen or dry air.

,Final strength is achieved after 5-7 days depending on availability of moisture and temperature.

Storage: Keep in dry environment and avoid direct sun. Storage temperature is below 35degrees, be far from fire and heat.
