PUR (PolyurethaneReactive), is moisture curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The main component is isocyanate polyurethane prepolymer.After heating at high temperature, PUR adhesive molecules reacts with water or active hydrogen reactive substances in the air or on the sticky part of the formation of cross-linked structure, the adhesive strength, resistance to chemicals, heat, hydrolysis and other excellent performance general hot melt adhesives.Adhesion and toughness (elasticity) can be adjusted with a cold-performance thermoplastic hot melt adhesive ordinary,easy to operation, receiving wide range and big adjustability performance.

Available on a dedicated reactive (PUR) hot melt adhesive equipment, operating a variety of ways. Such as: roller coating, pressure disc automatic guns, hand guns, spray coating. The coating amount is about 3-30g / m2, depending on substrate and application.
Transportation and storage for PUR hot melt adhesive
Avoid collisions and weight in the process of shipping and handling, packaging to prevent deformation and damage and can not be used. Unopened original packaging at -20 ~ 40 ºC dry and clean place to store, can be stored for six months.
