Galvanized Steel Framework
The high strength steel framework allows us to build clear span spaces up to 60m (197') wide, any length because the modular design. All clear span prefab, steel frame buildings are designed and manufactured to allow for quick delivery and construction.
PVC Top-Coated Fabric
High quality PVC top-coated fabric stressed over the steel frame, the translucent properties of fabric membrane covers allow natural daylight into the building, reducing or eliminating daytime lighting costs and reducing air and heat loss. The fabric membrane has non-conductive properties that reduce the transmission of heat and cold, making the building warmer in cold days and cooler in summer season. Our membrane is fire retardant, fire safety due to the structural membrane melted away where exposed to the fire, thereby releasing heat and smoke. The fabric used for the membrane passed stringent flame tests and was proven flame retardant, self-extinguishing and did not propagate flame.
