Product Description
The vitrification temperature of ACR is much lower than that of CPE. So the impact property of PVC products added ACR is much better compared with CPE at low temperature.
Stabilities of light and heat simultaneously is one of the advantages of ACR. So when it added into PVC, the products gains supper weather resistance.
According to the feature of different types impact ACR and the specified requirements of PVC products, actual ingredient system and processing equipments, the customers can select the proper type and dosage of impact ACR. If only you give us the actual requirements, we would like to recommend proper type and dosage based on the test in our laboratory
To overcoming the shortcomings of plasticizers and CPE mentioned above, we developed a new type impact modifier ACM which is a copolymer of HDPE and acrylic acid. The ACM not only has the basic feature of CPE, but also has higher impact strength and lower glass temperature comparing with CPE, so its impact modification effect is more evident than CPE
The CPE series products developed is based on different PVC, different production process and different equipments. It reduces the intermolecular force by a great degree and speed the impact energy transferring into internal friction heat.
AMB impact modifier ahs higher rubber content and its glass temperature (about -80DEGREE)is much lower than that of traditional AMB impact modifier(about -50DEGREE). Therefore, its low temperature impact efficiency is much better than traditional AMB resin because of its excellent low temperature higher impact efficiency, comparing with general purpose AMB resin, the adding dosage of our AMB resin can be reduced in PVC formulations, which will lead to cost-saving. Its properties are stable and excellent, which can be widely used to produce all kinds of PVC opaque products with high-impact needs.
