PVC WPC Board Extrusion Production Line:
PVC WPC wide thick composite foam plate production line is mainly used to produce building panels, wide door, cabinet panels, interior decoration materials.
According to different plate cross section, the production line choose different specifications of conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, and corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cross-cut machine, stacker and other auxiliary equipment.
Hosts extrusion capacity can optional between 250 kg to 800 kg per hour. Traction machine adopts our company's special lifting technology, stable operation, good reliability, high traction. Vacuum forming uses a special enlarged vortex cooling system, to facilitate cooling stereotypes, to meet the needs of the production characteristics of various specifications plate. Transverse cutting device and the plate pulling speed to maintain absolute synchronization, all movements of goods into the PLC using computer control, reasonable design, stable operation can be automatically cut to length and equipped with dust recovery.
