Pyridoxal phosphate(PLP) is active form of Vitamin B6. It mainly includes three kinds of natural organic compounds: pyridoxal, pyridoxamine and pyridoxine. Pyridoxal phosphate involves in several reaction of catalysis: transaminase action, α-decarboxylation, β- decarboxylation, β- elimination, γ- elimination ,racemization and aldol reaction.
Pyridoxal phosphate is used in biochemical research, structural modification of progesterone characteristics, enzyme inhibitor. Pyridoxal phosphate is the main drug of vitamin B6, it is suitable for treatment of acute and chronic eczema, dermatitis, urticaria, pustular rash, pruritus, seborrheic eczema, scaly eruption, eruption, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, glossitis, pregnancy reaction and asthma etc.
Application: it is cofactor of enzyme, the coenzyme form of vitamin B6. It can be used as medicine raw material.
