RISEN PZS3000 works in wet&dry shotcreting:
The RISEN PZS3000 dry&wet shotcrete machine has the dvanced concrete spraying technique, developed from our PZ series dry-mix shotcrete and incorporated the advantages of wet-mix shotcrete. Today, it is a universal concrete spraying machine for the processing of wet or dry mix.
APPLICATION:
Shotcreting for tunnels, hydro-power engineering, mines, underground engineering, civil engineering and slope stabilization, etc.
Artificial soil seeding for no soil surface, such as rock, sand, and for no fertility soil surface.
Refractory spraying and repair for industrial kilns or kilns' inner liner.
FEATURES:
1. Going-through rotor and forced vibrating hopper make mixture smoothly falling.
2. Hose dosing pump unit provides constant dosing.
3. Thin flow conveying method, used for wet-mix and dry-mix shotcrete.
4. Reinforced shotcrete with steel or various polyment fibre.
5. For the most specific risks of this machine, safety and compliance with the essential requirements of the Directive has been based on elements of EN ISO 12100-1: 2003, EN ISO 12100-2: 2003/A1: 1995, EN 60204-1: 2006 and EN 1050: 1997
