The high speed turbines of rotary trolley shot blasting machine throw steel shot to surface of the workpiece on the trolley so as to remove sticky gravel and scale on big castings, obtaining natural metal color with cetain roughness. Usually, shot blasting is not enough to clean castings with deep angle or convex surface. Air sand blasting becomes a auxiliary method to it.
