Product Description

1. Summary
QGC revolving bar screen is a coarse bar screening device, which can automatically catch and clean out larger suspended solids in wastewater
This device is mostly used where there is a large flow rate of water such as municipal sewage treatment, intake of water works and various kinds of pump stations
It is used to protect the impellers of water pump and relieve the treatment load of the process that follows

2. Operating principal
Under the drive of electrical gear box, the drive chain will turn round against the flow orientation
The teeth on the drive chain will pick up the solids stopped by the coarse screen. When the teeth reaches the top of the equipment, it will turn upside down, the solids picked up by the teeth will drop onto conveyer under its own weight

3.Construction and characteristics
QGC revolving bar screen include frame, drive device, driving chain wheel, guide chain wheel and sealing rotary screen chain which rotates around it, tooth rake and vane bar
It has following characteristics:
  1. Double tooth construction: because between the double teeth is an angle so that when one tooth picks up the solids, the other tooth can help prevent the solids from dropping, thus increasing the cleaning efficiency
  2. Enclosed type construction: the chain includes chain board, chain latch and roll
It forms the transmission chain with the slides, which are on two sides of the equipment
This construction can prevent large debris from jamming the chain
Therefore the screen has very high reliability
  3. Overload protection mechanism: overload protection mechanism is standard on the machine in order to prevent damage from overload
  4. Diversified control mode: this equipment may arbitrarily regulate the time interval of equipment movement in terms of the demand of users, and can realizes the periodic operation, it can control automatically according to the level of liquid in front of bar screen and in the back of bar screen, it may realize hand control or long-distance control, this equipment has fault alarm device
Users can choose arbitrarily in term of different working demand

4. Order guide
1.Canal width B1, canal depth H, interspace of rake teeth B and installation angleα should be indicated when ordering
If the installation angleαis not indicated clearly, we supply goods as 75° if the height figure of residue outlet is not indicated clearly, we supply as 0.75m
2. Please illustrate clearly in the contract if you have special requirement, or we will supply goods as our technical parameter
3. The control mode of equipment should be indicated clearly when ordering, and whether need chain control with screenings conveying device, or we supply local/long-distance control cabinet as our standard
