Through Type Shot Blasting Machine are mainly used for treating long and/or flat components. The components continuously pass through the "pre" chamber, the blasting chamber, and the cleaning chamber on a special roller conveyor.
 
Highly efficient turbines fixed on the machine housing make the H-beam Shot Blasting Machine possible to treat the components on all sides.

Feature:
 1. H beam, steel structure shot blasting machine has three kinds of pass through type: Roller conveyor pass through, trolley pass through, hanger pass through.
 
2. They are widely used in the industry of steel structure, engineering machinery, bridge building and so on. By shot blasting, it can remove rust, oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and eliminate surface stress force.

4. The steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected, purifying by shots circle system and continue to be used again for blasting turbines.
 
 
5. The working process flow of shots circle system: steel shots blasted by blasting turbines will be collected by portrait screw conveyor and delivered to bucket elevator then the bucket elevator will lift to air wash type separator.
 
6. After separating, the dust and broken steel shots will be removed away from steel shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin.

Applications: Cleaning of metallic surfaces to eliminate corrosion up to white material and to produce an ancoragem pattern that improves adherence of later treatments, either through painting, metallization or rubberization. Used in room, cabinet or wheel blasting, and in equipment where the abrasive material can be recycled and purified for reuse. It can reach up to 400 cycles of useful life.
