Application:？It's a blood test reagent used in blood test items, and can separate serum from blood cells, prevent the exchange between them, and maintain the biochemical characters and chemical composition not to be changed for a long time.
Characteristics:？
1.The product has a good resistance of radiation, can withstand a radiation dose of 20~40kGy without qualitative change.
2.Have good flip performance, can flip up steadily after 1.050~1.060 RCF of centrifuge and the thickness of the gel not less than 5mm.
3.Have good？thixotropy, won't flow when flatwise or inverted on table at the room temperature and 60？degree centigrade.
4.Using new polymer system extending the shelf life over 3 years.
Usage and Dosage:
1.Dosage 0.8-1.2g for each tube by using a automatic adding gel machine.
2.The highest temperature to the product is 80？degree centigrade. Using water bath or other appropriate methods to heat the gel at the temperature between 40 to 60 degree centigrade.
3. After gluing, put the gel on centrifugal machine at a 1200-1500g relative centrifugal force (RCF) for 2~3min.
4.When the serum begin to seperation from the solidified blood after 25~30min stewin, put it oncentrifugal machine at a 1200-1500g relative centrifugal force (RCF) for 8~10min to seperate the hemocyte from serum.
5.The product could be used with some kinds of blood coagulation and anti-coagulant for RIA/FIA determinations, clinical biochemistry and storage of serum specimen.
