Our manufacturing processing, every stage we have advanced equipment and experienced workers:
1. Sawing. We have sawing machines series for various material and thickness.
2. Punching. The punching have ability with 16tons, 25tons, 35tons to 200tons, also matched progressive tools. The perfect machines assure the excellent quality of punching parts.
3. Machining. All connections are made by numerical controlled lathes or the advanced milling centre machine, with the special personnel for program. We have 12sets of drilling machines, with capacity 10, 000 various holes per day. Also we always purchase the tools from European market which could meet the customer's request.
4. Welding: Advanced automatic and semiautomatic welding machines could supply you more smooth and continuous welding line. It is important for the excellent surface. And we make special tools for every part.
5. Press test. This process, the leaking test, makes sure the qualified finished products supplied to you.
6. Surface Treatment We have our own finishing workshop for power coating & epoxy painting. And we have special factory to do the zinc plating with 8years relationship.
7. PackageIn cartons or in pallets as request.
We could supply you the certain labels or logos on your packages.

Jinan Echo Metal Products Co., Ltd., which specializes in stamping, machining, welding, tooling and assembly, has exporting OEM parts to European market for 15 years. The factory locates in Jinan City, capital of Shandong Province, near to Qingdao Port, on area of 10, 000sqm. It has own research centre, design group, production & QC department, and sales team.
Our factory has 110 employees, including 8 engineers whose background is stamping, machining, mould and casting, 7 commercial people whose major is international business, 6 managers in production & QC department and some skillful workers.
We have established a perfect quality management system in accordance with TS16949, And we use the ERP software system to keep our management is efficient, Besides, a staff of skilled workers, experienced engineers and managing team enables and ensures our service professional.
We produce stamping, welding, machining, surface treatment and assembling parts by ourselves, and also do quite a lot subcontract, mainly on forging, sand casting iron, resin sand steel, investment casting steel, Alu gravity casting, Alu extrusion, plastic injection and so on. Most of these factories had work with us for 10-12 years. Producing OEM and ODM parts applied in various industries by processes above has been our major business.
