Surface Railway grinding machine
1. The top surface and lateral sides of rail head welding seam can be automaticly profiling grinded by vertical reciprocating linear motion.
It speeds at50mm_1000m/min with 800mm' travel distance.
Grinding head can continuously rotate in the transverse plane, with 0--180 degrees rotation and 5--180 degrees' stepless speed regulation.
Welded rail cross-section can be feeded, 30mm_1000m/min' stepless feeding speed,
2. The equipment does vertical reciprocating linear motion and automatically grind the subface of rail welding seam, with50mm_1000m/min working speed and 800mm motion distance.
The grinding head underneath can automatically and continuously feed up, with 30mm_1000m/min stepless feeding speed regulation, 0.05mm_1mm each feeding, 100mm motion distance, and 6.3 roughness of grinding surface.
3. The sides of rail base welding seam can be automatically grinded through vertical reciprocating linear motion, the grinding head of two sides can automatically and separetely feed in with continuity.
30mm_1000m/min stepless feeding speed regulation, 0.05mm_1mm each feeding, 100mm motion distance, 6.3 roughness of grinding surface.
4. Once press the automatic button, the top surface and lateral sides of rail head, also the rail base and its' sides can be automatically grinded.
5. Gringding efficiency, 3 minutes for each end.

7. Gringding head of rail base, RPM: 2850r/min; Power: 4KW.
