Vacuum-refining and continuous casting process provides reliable raw material for various products, the computer-controlled heat-treatment furnaces can cater for demand of various consumer on combination mechanical properties of products, with the advanced testing equipments and fully digital-control, full-profiling modeling auto-processing lathes imported from USA and Germany, perfect quality of products has been ensured. With the important technique renovation of the rolling workshop coming to end, the Masteel wheel & tyre plant shall become the top-ranking productive plant of producing wheels and rings in the world.
The products have been developed for the use in machinery, chemical, textile, petroleum, ports industry as well as for mines and spaceflight with an annual capacity of 400, 000 pieces more are also exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, America and Oceania. The high-technique wheel produced has given the important contribute to realizing the high-speed, heavy-burden in the Chinese railroad transportation. The plant has passed the assessment of ISO9001: 2000 and the Association of American Railroad's audit, we can organize production and supply various wheels, tyres, rings under technical standards of ISO, ARR, UIC, BS, JIS, KS according to customers' requirement for various specifications.
