Reliable retach tie down includes polyester webbing, fastener and metal ends.
Fastener is hand-driven eqeuipment, it's maximun brawn is 500N.
Main usage and application range:
Ratchet Tie Downs are mainly used to fasten the goods on lorries, trailesr, boats and tracks and to tie up steel products, timber and other tubular products.
They are also applicable to rescuing the and vehicle-trailers. Ratchet Rie Down can not be used to lifting goods. The temperature Ratchet Tie Downs can work ranges from -40 +100degree centigrade. Attention should be paid that when using the polypropylene Ratchet Tie Downs, the temperature of the working environment ranges from -40 to 80 degree centigrade. Ratchet Tie Down is strictly forbidden to be used in higher temperature than its range.
The stength will decrease after long time of being exposed to the ultraviolet radiation, thus the Ratchet Tie Downs should aviod to work in the ultraviolet radiation too long, they can neither work in special environments like working with molten metal, acid, glass sheets, breakable articles.
