Product Description
The multi-hydrogen acid (MHA), as compared with routine mud acid system, is of higher velocity slowing and absorbing capacity, especially in the initial state of reaction, the velocity of which can be 0% of other acid system. This system's corrosion rate to quartz is much higher than mud acid and fluoboric acid, and reduces the reaction velocity involving minerals in the clay. It also preserves the moist in the stratum and do not fetters oil-gas seepage flow. Its acidification of sandstone stratum is better than routine mud acid and fluoboric acid systems for its spanning effective distance without secondary sediment.
I. Usage and Dosage
Working concentration according to the requirement of the on-site operation, usually at RD-04(A)1-3%, RD-04(B)6-12%, RD-04(C)5-10%
II. Notice for packaging, handling and Storage
1. Packaged as required by the client or with plastic barrel (net weight 25 or 50 kg per barrel) or acid tank car
2. Careful handling in transportation and storage, free from heat, impact or inversion
3. The operators shall be protected prior to working by wearing plastic coating gloves, mask and protective glasses to prevent direct skin/eye contact of the liquid, in case of which flushing with clear water shall be due.
