Specification:
Stamping + wire riveting + inspection: Single or double-wire (round/square wire) is available; Many kinds of riveting methods, such as single or double-side riveting are provided; This specification can be used in single metal contacts;
Stamping + contact riveting + inspection: Single (double) contacts riveting is available; This specification can be used in composite metal contacts;
Application:
The components can be used in thermostat, relay, protectors, circuit breakers, household switches, automobile panel switches, lighting switches, wall switches and so on;
Advantage:
Full stamping-riveting-inspection automation can be realized through improving moulds to allow for in-mould riveting and increasing mould tapping while adding a fiber sensor to detect missing riveting. The lifetime of each mould is 5, 000, 000 times and the speed can be more than 100 times /min. This will greatly reduce labor cost when, increase speed, improve precision and maintain a more stable quality when compared with traditional manual riveting.

Description of the delivery time:
1. Sample delivery time: The general situation is 15 working days ( new molds need additional molding time)
2. Batch production delivery time: Below 500Kg is 15 days; 500Kg~2000Kg is 25 days; 2000Kg~5000Kg was 30 days ( new molds need additional molding time)
Warrantee
Payment will be returned if by any reason products couldn't be delivered.
Within 7days after receipt of shipment, buyer's complaint is accepted for defects of product apperance, wrong color, wrong material, size, etc.
For serious delay in shipment, the buyer could require to return the payment.
For any other mistakes made by supplier, buyer could require compensation or refund of money.
