Xier refrigerated box, with Italy technology and imported three production line from itlay, with 24 years experience, and our production yearly up to the 1 million and eight hundrend thousand square meters and 1500 sets refrigerated truck. XIer cold box have the following performance features
1. Insulation performance better. With the box coefficient of heat transfer meet the internation standard A class with K≤ 0.4W/M2K, cold thermal insulation R=12.5, and the sound insulation=26dB.
2. Light weight. The FRP + PU structure, greatly reduce the weight than before with the EPS.
3. With better Bearing capacity. An inch thick PU cold panel, every square meter could bear 200kg weight.
4. Good performance of fire proof. According to the America ASTM research shows the FRP+PU structure clod panels with good performance of fire proof.
5. Customised insulated box size, and the thickness of the panels 60, 80, 100mm is at your option.
6. We could export you the refrigerated truck, semi refrigerated truck, refrigerated truck body CKD kits, or the panels, and the spare parts of the refrigerated body needed.
