We are a professional Carbonyl coilform core products manufacture with 15 years experiences in China,offering over 100 various kinds of Carbonyl coilform core products and monthly output up to 2 millions pieces. Our products are well accepted in Europe & USA, etc. The end customers include many multi-national companys.
A wide range of choke cores, with and without wire leads are available in Carbonyl Iron and Phenolic plastic materials. Wire leads are imbedded into the core material during manufacture ensuring maximum tensile strength from lead to lead. High quality tinned copper wire leads, free of any lead (Pb) are used. A range of core end forms are available as shown.
Standard size wire gauge diameters : Lead wire gauge no: AWG: 26# 24# 23# 22# 20#
