It has obvioiusly special effect on active agent or direct bright red, dark brown and dark color fixing. 3. It can improve wet fastness, washing fastness and friction fastness. 4. It can hardly effect sunshine fastness. 5. It cannot make the fabric treated feel stiff. 6. It has extremely little impact on chromatic light. III Application Range: It is exclusively applied to reactive dyeing or printing and fixing treatment. IV Application Process: (For reference only)This product is a concentrate fixing agent. It is suggested to put one portion of the raw material with 3 to 4 portions of water for mixing before use.1.Solid immersion process:general amount 0.15-0.4%(o.w.f)PH value 5-7Temperature 40ºC-60
ºCTime span 20-30minutes;2.Solid rolling process:general amount 1.5-5g/L.Different amount for usage should be decided in accordance with color depth and washing fastness of the fabric itself. Clients can make an appropriate adjustment of specific technology through the sample. Notes1. The dyeing material must be throught water washing and soap washing before color fixing. 2. It can not be in bath with negative ion product lest color fixing effect impaired. V Packaging and Storage1. Put the product in a 50KG or 120KG plastic drum lining inside a bag or in accordance with customers' request.2. Stored in a cool dry place, with shelf life of 12 months under room temperature.
