2. Working Principle
This machine has 2 cylinders (first cylinder and second cylinder) on the base to work. First cylinder is mainly make up of under the hopper, pulleys, spindle, into the barrel, feed screw, grinding, extrusion screw, the feed screw, combination pipe fittings, valves and other components. The second cylinder is mainly making up of the axis cylinder, connecting plate, a feed screw, a fixed disk, disk activity, templates and other components. Material from the hopper into the first barrel, feed screw transfers the materials onto grinding to smash, then extrusion screw was heating, through the feed tube into the spiral and the combination of two machine barrels, after the second screw mixing and extrusion, the product required by the template can be obtained.
 
3. Installation
A. This machine do not need special installation, just installed in the rack on the host, the motor on the other side of the rack, the rack on the 1.3-1.5 meters in the table, the host and every family can be fixed,
B. After installed, turn on the power, observe whether the direction of motor operation is same with the direction of the arrow on host, no problems identified before the belt installed, this machine reverse is strictly prohibited.
 
4. Operation
A. Selection of raw materials and immersion
     Should be selected early rice when make rice noodle and hybrid late rice when make rice cake.
     Rice should be clean, does not allow mix gravel, nails, rice bran and impurities, then washed with water, water immersion, immersion length of time determined by the quality of local rice, soft rice soaking time is short, hard rice needs long soaking time, the general can be crushed with your fingers is appropriate, if the shorter soaking time, can be soaked in warm water.
B. Inspection and Cleaning 
Start before the rotating pulley by hand to check whether the rotation flexibility, if any unusual noise, should be checked to confirm all the normal use of hot water into the hopper , then start the host, remove the junk in the machine.
C. Products Made
a. First poured 4Kg hot water into the hopper, then turn on power, so the water about 1kg is finished, using hand to touch the front of the first barrel, the temperature about 80 degrees (depending on the air temperature, if barrel temperature is low let the water cycle repeated a few times in the machine), add about 2-3 kg of rice soaked with no cold water slowly into the hopper, and then adding cold water with rice into hopper, the water must soak the rice , rice noodles quickly come out from the molding plates, rice noodle came out the temperature should be observed, if the temperature is high, regulate valve to open large; if the temperature is low, regulate valve off little, its temperature to the best you can. At this time, you need use fan to blow the rice noodle, so that 25cm below the noodle can be winded, and the rice noodle is suitable for floating, blowing cold rice noodles, so the surface is dry and difficult to stick. When the rice noodle comes out from template, according to the length you need to cut with scissors (scissors I should be spray water) hanging bracket. Then put them on bamboo sticks, hang on nog. 
Rice noodle hanged on nog after cooling, use plastic to seal them, about 8-10 hours (depending on grain quality and temperature) to make rice noodle coagulation and not stick. Open plastic and fan out rice noodles.
b. when produce rice cake ,machine preheat is the same with rice noodle making, cake just came out also need to use fan to cool down, according to the required length to cut them with scissors, then put on the bamboo board, must not be exposed to the sun. For other patterns, just change cake moulds can be formed.
D. Machine processing is completed, the master switch off, the combination of pipes, first barrel cover removed, let the machine in the case of idling of water for 2 minutes, the machine clean the inside of the rice residue after the shutdown, and remove the first, second cylinder, spiral and other parts into the water to clean to prepare for the next reuse.
5. Notes
A.After machine assembled, it can not be reversed; otherwise it will damage the parts.
 B. Put warm water to preheat machine before you turn on power, the hopper can not have ricers, when working, water level in the hopper is always higher than the rice, otherwise it will create water shortages, the rice noodle comes out will not normal. In the winter, rice noodle uncooked, the hopper can be added to the appropriate warm water.
C. Disassembly parts do not directly use the iron to hit machine, so as not to damage the parts.
6. Maintenance and Repair
A. Finished producing, all of the parts removed needs to be cleaned in time, coated with oil to prevent rust, to prepare for re-use.
B. Machinery in operation, if abnormal noise, immediately stop and check all parts, maintenance, recognized only after the machine is operating normally in the production.
C. Every 3 months should fill lubricant to the gear box bearing.
