Details Introduction:
v Storage /Source /Raw water tank
With high, low water level control. Regulate water supply to the UF system,
prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump.
v Booster pump
Provide power for the sand & active carbon filter and UF system.
v NaClO dosing pump
bactericidal action.
v Sand filter
Using quartz sand of different particle size of multilayer to remove larger suspended
solids, sand, impurity etc. The tank is made of FRP, anti-acid and anti-alkali corrosion.
v Active carbon filter
Effective adsorb organic substances in raw water, it takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals.
It provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color. Protect and prolong the life of membrane.

v Chemical cleaning water tank & pump
With the long-term use of UF membrane component, it needs chemical cleaning
when the capacity decreased more than 20% or after using for 6-12 months. So as to remove pollutant on the UF membrane, recovery it's filtering ability.
v PP filter
Remove more tiny impurities, prevent sands &active carbon leakage,
effective protect the UF membrane. Features: SS-304 material
v Inhibitor dosing system
Effective prevent the RO membranes from fouling.
v NaHSO3 dosing system

v RO chemical cleaning system
With the long-term use of RO membrane component,
it needs chemical cleaning when the capacity decreased more than 20% or after using for 6-12 months. So as to remove pollutant on the RO membrane, recovery it's water-yielding capacity .
v High press pump
Provide power for the RO membrane normal work, with high overheat protector, pressure controller.
v Free chlorine probe
Online test the free chlorine.
v RO system
Remove all the impurities in the water. Remove rate: 99.9%.
It remove the following hard water contaminants that may be present in your water:
lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium.
v RO water tank
Store the RO production water, provide inlet water for final use.
v Recirculation pumps
Function:These pumps would be utilized to recirculate the sites potable water storage.
v NaClO dosing pump
It is an additional dosing pump / an extra one for recirculation and chlorine control of the site's potable water storage.
It is used to maintain the storage at 1mg/l free chlorine concentration.
v Free chlorine probe
Online test the free chlorine.
