1. Wheel body:Forged by 40mn2 round steel whose hardenability is good, and use technology of hardening &tempering +heating treatment of medium frequency surface hardening, surface hardness HRC52-60,hardened case depth is 8-20mm, so they are strong and wear resistant.
2.Bearing: Forgedby 50mn round steel, and use technology of hardening &tempering +heating treatment of medium frequency surface hardening, surface hardness HRC52-60,hardened case depth is 3-6mm, so it has excellent comprehensive performance.
3. Floating seal: Forged by high chrome molybdenum alloy whose wear resistance is good, hardness HRC65-72, face roughness 0.1-0.2um.
4.O-ring:Forged by chemigum which is made of butadiene and acrylonitrile, having betteroil reistanceand high-tempreture resistance.
