Product Profiles:
RPT warm mix additive (WMA Additive) is a kind of organic viscosity reducer, it can reduce the temperature when the asphalt mixture is produced, paved and compacted (more than 30 degree). Besides, it can improve asphalt mixture resisting rut at high temperature and performance against water damage. It suits for all kinds of asphalt mixture.

III. Features
1. Easy to adding
It's needn't any special equipments, just put in batch mixer directly, this kind of method can make the RPT WMA Additive dissolved in asphalt mixture entirely.
2. Reducing environmental pollution
The temperature can be reduced when the asphalt mixture is produced, paved and compacted after adding RPT WMA Additive, it can cut down the emissions of exhaust gas and other harmful substance.
3. Reducing energy consumption
The relevant statistic shows: the fuel consumption can reduce about 30% when the mixing temperature can cut down more than 30ºC.
4. Delay the aging of asphalt mixture
The study shows: the production temperature of asphalt mixture more than 100ºC,double the aging rate when the asphalt temperature increase 10ºC per time. The production temperature of asphalt mixture is reduced greatly because of mixing RPT WMA Additive, the aging of asphalt mixture is delayed.
5. Increasing the quality of asphalt mixture
The RPT WMA Additive can reduce the asphalt viscosity, make the mixing more easy and don't segregation, it can improve the quality of asphalt mixture.

7. Assuring the quality of asphalt pavements
The asphalt mixture which added RPT WMA Additive can resolve asphalt mixture fast cooling problem at construction site. It can reduce temperature relatively, the time of asphalt mixture paving and compaction are delayed ( including SMA, OGFC and the other difficult compacted mixture ), it can ensure the quality of finished pavements.

IV. Usage
1. Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1~2% by quality of asphalt.
2.The mixing of warm modified asphalt:
Putting the RPT WMA Additive into batch mixer at the ratio when you spray the bitumen. The mixing time is the same as the same gradation of asphalt mixture. Comparing to the same gradation of asphalt mixture, the temperature of mixing is lower 20ºC-30ºC. In order to avoid bleeding, we have to control the temperature.
3.The paving of warm modified asphalt:
The warm modified mixture paving method which added RPT WMA Additive is same as same gradation asphalt mixture. However, the paving temperature is lower than 20ºC-30ºC.
4.The compaction of warm modified asphalt:
Comparing to the same gradation asphalt mixture, the compaction of warm modified asphalt which added RPT WMA Additive needs to reduce 20-30ºC. To avoid over compaction, initial compaction and rolling number can reduce slightly.
