Anti-explosion stacking unit: mainly consist of heavy barrel grouping conveyor line, feeding tray, stacking position conveyor line, hoist, barrel clutching mechanism, heavy stack storing line, pneumatic system, anti-explosion electric control system and others, which can be used to perform functions such as heavy barrel storage, arrangement, stacking, feeding storage and conveyance. When heavy barrels go through hoist and clutching mechanism, they will be stacked on trays by way of 4/4/4/4 or 4/3/4/3 for each layer by two rows. When finished, they will be conveyed to heavy stack storing line where they will be moved by forklift. When they are moved by forklift, empty stack will stand by for stacking. Stacking warehouse can store 10 stacking rows, while heavy stack storing line can store two heavy stacks. Stacking unit is controlled by PLC and human-machine dialogue is achieved by text display.
