BOYA Roll Cassette for heavy plate Mill:
We have many successful application in production line of steel plant. For Example:
The work roll in this roll system is with diameter of 280mm, and surface length of 3960mm. The backup roll of this roll system is lubricated by a combination of air and oil, with a diameter of 280mm. The position of backup rolls at the entrance and exit can be adjusted up and down online.
Now Boya is manufacturing 11-rolls and 7-rolls roll cassettes of heavy plate mill for a steel company. The working process is conducted in view of SN200 standard, and supervised by SMS. The work rolls in this roll cassette have the diameter of 220mm, and the surface length of 3280mm. The backup roll in this roll cassette has the diameter of 220mm, and they can be adjusted up and down online.
