General Information:
Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is designed and manufactured to clean the surface of the large section steel. It is most used for t removing the rust, scale and contamination from the steel surface of large scale HBeam and IBeam. Shot blasting of casts, forged and pressed parts, remodeled cold or hot and of various and complicated forms, springs, etc. Cleaning surface, removing casting sand and filings and consolidating the surface (microhandling), roughing the surface before the coloring, etc. Roller conveyor shot blasting machine is most suitable for production floor in the construction industries, marine, off-shore oil & gas industries etc.

3. Installation and commissioning issue: Longcheng will send 1-2 technicians to help with machine installation and commissioning for our shot blasting machine, the customer pays for their tickets,hotel and diet, and salary is USD 80 per day per person.
4. Warranty time of shot blasting machine: 12 months from date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from date of delivery.
5. Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% balance at sight of B/L copy before delivery.
6. Longcheng supplies full English documents, including general installation drawing, pit design drawing, manual book, electric wiring diagram, electric manual book, maintenance book and etc.
