Product Description
Application: Heat rosin to melt to liquid and then fill to small plates (containing 10-30g). Plates are sent to the filling nozzle automatically by plate sending unit and move to a different table by the orange linear automatic conveyor.
Filling Speed: 10-25 plates every minute
Plate sending speed and conveyor speed: Adjustable by the turn switch
Heating power of the filling tank: 6000w with two heating pipes. It takes about 20 minutes to heat melted rosin to 1800C or 1-2 hours to heat solid rosin to best filling temperature.
Description:
1). Plate sending unit: The upper part in a shape of a pot is vibration sending unit. The lower part in a shape of cabinet is supporting part and it should be fixed to the ground with four bolts at the four feet position.
2). Filling machine: The temporary tank is with 2 heating pipes and kerosene in the jacket layer. The kerosene spill flow can get down from the pipe on one side to the plate under the filling machine. The top of the tank can be open to fill in melted rosin.
3). Conveyor: It is suitable for sending rosin plates of the size 40 × H 20 (mm) or smaller.
