Product Description
Scope of Application: This device can be used for removing the small floated matters and suspended matters at the water inlet of water intake structures, sewage and rainwater lift pump stations and the fine screen room of the sewage treatment plants, or the pre-treatment screening of the wastewater in such industries as textile, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, tanning and paper-making as well as the solid-liquid separation of sugar-making, brewing and food processing.Working Principle: This device is provided with several special-shaped teeth which are assembled on the teeth axis based on certain ordering, forming the sealed teeth chain. The lower part is installed in the inlet water. If the chain wheel rotates directionally with even speed, the whole teeth chain will move accordingly. Under such circumstance, the solid sundries attached on the tooth will be separated from liquid and the fluid will flow away through the seam of teeth. The whole process is carried out continuously. The special structure of the tooth makes the teeth chain dislocate and move the adjacent ones due to the guide function of the bending rail and the chain wheel when it reaches the top, pushing a majority of dirt on the tooth surface outside. The dirt will then drop according to the dead load. Nylon brush can be provided for reserve flushing in order to remove the residue thoroughly.

It can be divided into GSHZ300-1500 type and parallel machine GSHZ1600-3000 type based on the width (W0 (mm)). They are provided with different bar screens based on the water, elevating height and the size of sundries separated.
