Thanks to the well-balanced coordination of the large-volume air flow, the high performance heat exchanger and the controllable steam system you always achieve an effective baking cycle. In addition, each oven is tested for proper function before it leaves the factory.
The electromechanical or digital control panel, which is
easy and intuitive to use,interfaces with an electric
control board with absolutely reliable, high-quality
components.

The steam generator is made up of very thick steel
profiles and "cascade" water flow, placed at the side
of the oven chamber allowing an easy access for
cleaning and maintenance.
The double stainless steel silicon rubber
seal on the vertical and upper walls of
the door guarantees a perfectly hermetic
seal.

either use the single rack (up to 18 pans)
or double rack (up to 36 pans per load).
