RTP(Reinforced thermoplastic pipe) for oil & gas use is one kind of high-pressure resistance plastic compound pipeline, consisted of 3 layers, which are fluid sealing layer, reinforced layer and protective layer.
Fluid sealing layer: Different polyolefin materials would be choosed as liner materials according to the different media conditions (such as temperature, corrosion, etc. ). The Liner plays the role of inner frame, seal, antiseptic and anti-friction.
Reinforced layer: Polyester fibers, glass fibers or aramid fibers would be choose as reinforced layer according to different pressure, and different fiber type would be choose according to different pressure requirement. Reinforced layer plays a key role in all the layers of RTP, it have to withstand all the pressure.
Protective layer: Made of HDPE, acts as prevention, the external cover can be choose, white is for UV-prevention while the black is for underground construction
