Rubber calender accessories:
Calendar equipped with the accessories can carry out fabric cord or canvas coating rubber sheeting and rubber inner liner calendaring. Characteristic:
1. Accessories XY-F41800C. XY-F4S1730C. XY-F4S1800A1. XY-F4S1800B have double-station let-off device, splicing cure device, front/rear fabric accumulation and double-station wind-up etc. To guarantee entire production line's consecutive production.
2. Accessories XY-F41800C. XY-F4S1730C. XY-F4S1800A1. XY-F4S1800B have large/small tension zone, auto centering device and tension protection to provide cord with necessary tension and right position, in case of tension beyond the value permitted by machine, the whole machine can also automatically stop so as to avoid damages to machine.
3. Accessories XY-F4S1200C has accumulation buffer device, auto centering device, cooling device, double-station center wind-up and double-station surface wind-up etc. For rubber sheet production of rubber inner liner and airtight.
4. Accessories XY-F3r2500B has lining (or cord)let-off, front/rear conveyer belt, force-measuring device, speed-measuring device, cooling device and wind-up etc. For production of pure rubber sheet or one-face coating of cord.
5. Adopt imported PLC to get accurate control and high automation.
