Product Description
Usage: The cracker mill is mainly used to grinding waste rubber, tire, tube, flap and break the raw rubber materials.
Features:
1. The rolls are made of chilled cast iron, the surface is hard and wearable, the internal processing can make the temp. Of the roll surface well-proprotioned.
2. The machine has overload protection device. And the major components cannot be damaged because of overloading.
3. The machine is equpped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and reliable.
4. The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.
5. The base of the machine is a complete frame, so it. S very convenient for installation.
