Structural principle of rubber powder production machine
1. This equipment mainly consist of two blades, motor and reducer, frame and transmission mechanism etc.
2. Knife with special materials, hard wear-resisting, can relapse grinding use.
3. This equipment shear force, low energy consumption, use a low speed, easy operation, safety.
This machine is mainly applied for the coarse crushing piece of waste steel wire radial tyre under normal temperature. It possesses the function of coarse crushing, fine milling. Separating steel wire etc. Especially it is used to crush the steel tyre pieces to 20-30 mesh.
The capacity from 300kg/h to 1000kgs per hour.
The unit contains: Vibrating screen, magnetic structure, conveyer, as well as auto feeding device.

1. GENERAL
This production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber
There is 3 types of rubber crusher, you can choice the suitable one, it is depend on the output!
You don't need Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder bigger than 30 mesh. But we need it if the powder less than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output!
2. Analysis for output
XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 4500-6000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 7000-12000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 10000-17000kg/24 hour for about 20 mesh granule.
4. Rubber refine grinder
30-40mesh: 2500-4500kg/24 hour
40-60mesh: 2000-3500kg/24 hour
60-80mesh: 1500-2600kg/24 hour
