Main Working Process of Rubber Floor Tile Making Line
1. We need to let tire powder, pigment and adhesive uniform mixing together, by using mixer machine.
2. Put moulds on the floor tile vulcanizer machine.
3. Put the mixing material into floor tile moulds.
4. After about 7-15 minutes, you will get floor tiles with different pattern, size and shape according to your requirement.
